If we haven’t met yet, I’m Andrew Marchetti, owner of Lighthouse Realty. I’m proud to lead a team of local, hardworking agents who genuinely love what they do and who are deeply connected to the community we serve. For us, real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes; it’s about people, relationships, and helping our clients feel confident and cared for through every step of the process.

While I’m grateful to be recognized among the top agents at Keller Williams, I stay grounded in what matters most, doing right by the families and individuals who put their trust in me.
Outside of real estate, my family and I fully embrace the Crystal Coast lifestyle. We love being on the water, exploring local festivals, enjoying great restaurants, and taking advantage of everything this community offers our kids. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find the Lighthouse Realty flag flying high on my boat, flip-flops on, soaking up the coastal life.
